Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before service: Full refund (excluding transaction fees, if any).
  • 24โ€“48 hours before service: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

2. Cancellation by PT Mora Jelajah Wisata

If we cancel a booking due to operational issues or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule without extra charges.

3. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Include your booking code, name, and date of service when making a cancellation request.
  • Cancellations are valid only after receiving confirmation from our team.

Note: The time of cancellation will be based on when we receive and confirm your request.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 1โ€“3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
    • Bank transfers: Customer must provide valid account information.
    • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be sent back to the same card, subject to bank processing times.
    • COD payments: Will be refunded via bank transfer upon confirmation of cancellation.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Entrance tickets or third-party services booked through us are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable and will be clearly marked at the time of booking.
